Achieving B Corp Accreditation

Our team and partners spent over eighteen months pulling together the evidence for our assessment. It forced us to look hard at all aspects of our business to make sure we were being true to our original aims.

We have always been rooted in doing work that improves lives, whether that’s through healthcare marketing or charity work. Just some of the outcomes:

Team welfare We introduced healthcare and wellbeing support for all the team alongside our already flexible working arrangements.

Waste reduction We launched a comprehensive recycling program and started to measure and record our progress.

Good practices We ensured fair wages and safe working conditions for all employees, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Community Engagement We partnered with local organisations for community projects and encouraged employee volunteerism.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, but we’re very excited about what’s to come. Having B Corp™ status gives us an official way to document our efforts and make sure we’re doing business in the best way to benefit our team, the environment and the community we work in.
