Oh-la-la! Mark’s pedaling to Paris!

We’ve worked with Action Medical Research before and they’re our official charity partner for 2025. Their vital work supports sick and vulnerable children and babies, helping to find cures for rare and life-limiting illnesses. 

When we heard about their latest epic fundraiser, Pedal to Paris, we just had to get involved. Especially as it meant Mark getting back on his bike! 

Despite being a keen cyclist and seasoned triathlete, Mark has still had to put in countless hours of training on two wheels to prepare for this gruelling 5-day, 300-mile bike ride from London to Paris.

Setting off from our capital city on 23^rd July the cyclists will travel through Kent and the Channel tunnel to Calais and then from Abbeville via the windy roads and villages of Northern France.               

By day four they will arrive south of Beauvais, eventually glimpsing Paris in the distance as they prepare for the final leg along the River Seine. Finally, on 27^th June, Mark and his fellow cyclists will reach the finish line beneath the impressive arches of the Eiffel Tower. What a ride! 

While the scenery will be breathtaking, this is no small feat, and we want to give Mark all the encouragement he can get. We’ll be raising funds all year for Action Medical Research but your support now might just help to push him over the finish line.
