Sharing the love for our brilliant NHS
Working on healthcare brands has inevitably brought us closer to our wonderful NHS staff over the years. They’ve been instrumental in helping us understand how to communicate with HCPs and patients, as well as supporting our clients in new product development, clinical case studies and patient education.
We know that many of our healthcare friends are currently facing the most challenging time of their lives and we want to show our appreciation in every way possible.
Being part of the Media City community, it was great to see our neighbourhood glowing blue as part of the #lightitblue campaign that’s circulating on social media and we’re all getting involved with #clapforcarers every Thursday, which is becoming a lovely weekly tradition to get behind our brilliant key workers.
This Thursday, 16th April, our Media City friends, ITV, are also hosting an NHS day across their network to thank and celebrate the work of our carers. The channel is partnering with NHS charities to raise millions for the health service. So, we’ll be cheering them on too.
We’re also doing our best to try to stay fit and healthy while we’re working from home to make sure no extra pressure is put on the NHS. To help you do the same, we’ve put together some of our top tips for keeping your mind and body in great shape during isolation – hope it helps!
We’ve been sharing our exercise snaps from throughout our day as well as some interesting work-stations and kitchen creations – and to further our support we’ll be adding a blue heart to spread the love and acknowledge the NHS throughout our Instagram posts during this difficult time.
We’d love all our followers to get involved by including a blue heart in your ‘Stay Home’ pics. You can get the kids to draw it, download one or create your own. Please add your blue heart to your photos and tag us @thisisthefoundry so we can see them 😊
